Consular Registration For Chinese Citizens

In order to provide timely and effective assistance and service to the Chinese citizens, in accordance with the Vienna Convention on Consular Relations, the Chinese Embassy has initiated the registration of Chinese citizens in Fiji. The related arrangements are as follows:

1. Chinese citizens (including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan citizens) who are living, working or traveling in Fiji should register at the Chinese Embassy within at the earliest date as from today.

2. Naturalized Chinese could register on voluntary basis.

3. Registrants are required to fill up the registration form and mail it to the Consular Section of the Chinese Embassy. The registration form can be downloaded from the website of the Chinese Embassy or asked for from the Embassy.

4. Chinese citizens (including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan citizens) are required, apart from the registration forms, to submit photocopies of passport and Residence Permit and one passport photo.
